All orders are processed within 24 hours, from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays.

Occasionally, a product may be in stock when you place an order but sold out by the time we process it. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of acceptance (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If your items are out of stock, our customer care team will promptly contact you to discuss alternatives.
Once an order has been placed, changes cannot be made. However, if your order has not yet been processed and you contact Info@alrayyandelights.com to request a modification, we can cancel your order free of charge. You can then place a new order with the desired changes.

All orders are processed within one working day from Saturday to Thursday, excluding holidays. In rare cases, due to stock availability or large quantities requested, order processing may take longer. Once your order has been accepted, you can expect delivery within five working days.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact Info@alrayyandelights.com within 48 hours of receipt, providing a detailed description and photograph(s), for assistance with a replacement or exchange. Due to the perishable nature of our products, claims submitted without proper supporting documents will not be eligible for re-shipment. Al Rayyan reserves the right to limit replacements. Replacement requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once approved by our team, the replacement order will be shipped to the same address. If a replacement is not feasible, a refund will be issued instead.
Our refund approval process typically takes 1-2 working days. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email with the details. Depending on your bank, you can expect to receive the refund amount within 2 weeks.
